Refund Policy

TPC Hosting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services. This article explains what is covered, how deductions work, and what is not refundable.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of service activation — no questions asked. After 30 days, no refund is available.

How to request a refund

1. Log in to your TPC Hosting client area at https://tpc-hosting.com/login.
2. Submit a support ticket requesting a refund and include your invoice number.
3. Our team will process your request and confirm the refund amount.

Deductions

If your order included complimentary services (such as a free domain, licence, or SSL certificate), their retail value will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you received a free domain registration worth €12.00, that amount is deducted from your refund.

Non-refundable services

The following are never refundable , regardless of when you request a refund:

• Domain registrations and renewals
• Software licences
• SSL certificates
• Other third-party services procured on your behalf

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, you may cancel your service at any time, but prepaid fees for the remaining billing period are not refunded. Your service simply runs until the end of the paid period.

Forfeiture

TPC Hosting reserves the right to withhold refunds if you have violated the Terms and Conditions.
