How to View Your DNS Zones

When you open the DNS Manager, you will see a list of all DNS zones associated with your TPC Hosting account. A DNS zone is automatically created for each domain on your hosting plan — you do not need to create zones manually.


How to view your zones


  1. Log in to your TPC Hosting client area at https://tpc-hosting.com/login.
  2. Navigate to your service and click DNS Manager.
  3. You will see a list of all your domains with their zone status.
  4. Click on a domain name to open the zone and view or edit its DNS records.




Zone status


Each zone in the list shows a status indicator:


  • Active — the zone is live and DNS is resolving correctly
  • Inactive / Error — there may be a configuration issue; contact TPC Hosting support if you see this




My domain is not listed


DNS zones are provisioned automatically when your hosting plan is set up. If a domain is missing from the list, it may not yet be added to your hosting account. Contact TPC Hosting support and we will add it for you.
