How to Use Roundcube Webmail
Roundcube is the webmail interface available on all TPC Hosting accounts. It lets you send, receive, and manage your email directly in a browser — no email client installation required.

Access Roundcube
- Log in at https://tpc-hosting.com/login and open cPanel.
- Under Email , click Webmail.
- Select your email address from the list.
- Click Open next to Roundcube.
You can also go directly to webmail via https://yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with your full email address and password.

Send an email
- Click the Compose button (pencil icon) in the left panel.
- Enter the recipient's address in the To field. For multiple recipients, separate addresses with commas.
- Add a subject and write your message.
- To attach files, click the paperclip icon or drag and drop files into the compose window.

Organise your email with folders
- Standard folders: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, Trash — these are created automatically.
- Create a folder : right-click in the folder list (left panel) → Create new folder. Name it and click Save.
- Move emails to a folder : select one or more emails, right-click → Move to , then select the destination folder.
- Delete emails : select emails and press Delete , or click the bin icon. Deleted emails go to Trash and are permanently removed after 30 days (or when you empty Trash manually).

Set up an email signature
- Click Settings (gear icon, top right).
- Go to Identities.
- Select your identity (email address).
- Enter your signature in the Signature field. Toggle HTML mode to format it with bold text, links, or images.

Set up an auto-reply (vacation message)
- In Roundcube Settings, go to Vacation (if the plugin is available) or set up an autoresponder in cPanel → Email → Autoresponders instead.
- Enter the subject and body of your automatic reply.
- Set the start and end date of your absence.
- Save — Roundcube will automatically reply to incoming messages during that period.

Search emails
- Use the search bar at the top of the email list to search by sender, subject, or content.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the search bar to search in specific fields (From, Subject, Body) or across all folders.

Manage spam
- Emails identified as spam are delivered to the Spam (or Junk) folder automatically.
- If a legitimate email lands in Spam, select it and click Not Spam to move it to Inbox and help train the filter.
- To mark an email as spam manually, select it and click the Spam button in the toolbar.

- C — compose new message
- R — reply
- F — forward
- Del — delete selected message
- U — mark as unread
